HUNDRED YEARS OLD
MASTERTON RESIDENT’S BIRTHDAY.
A resident of Masterton for the past 17 years, Mr Michael Gronkowski, celebrated his 100th birthday today. The occasion was marked by a family gathering, for which relatives are visiting Masterton from all parts of New Zealand, held at the residence of Mrs P. Price, Railway Road. Congratulatory telegrams have been received from wellwishers throughout the Dominion, among them ’ being a message from Archbishop O'Shea.
