TINUI
GIFTS TO MR & MRS BACON (“Times-Age” Special.) On the occasion of a recent visit to Tinui by Constable W. S. Bacon (who has been transferred to Wellington) the opportunity was taken to present him with a chiming clock on behalf of his friends in that district as a token of the esteem in which Mr and Mrs Bacon were held. A handsome handbag was presented to Mrs Bacon by the ladies of Tinui. Mr Bacon also received a cup from the Tinui Bowling Club which he won during the past season.
