ANZAC HALL

PROPOSED USE AS HOSPITAL. WELLINGTON BOARD'S REQUEST. The request made by the Wellington Hospital Board for the'use of Anzac Hall. Featherston, as a hospital to accommodate cases of sickness from Featherston Camp has not been viewed favourably by the Featherston Borough Council, which has lodged objections to the taking over of the hall. It is held that the action proposed is not justified at the present time. It is pointed cut that the Wairarapa Hospital Board has nothing whatever to do with the proposal.
