LADIES’ GUILD. WEEKLY MEETING. The weeklv meeting of St. Matthew’s Ladies’ Gui’ld*was held yesterday in the Parish Hall, Mrs E. J. Rich presiding over a large attendance of members. Final arrangements were made for the annual Sale of Work which is tc be held on Wednesday, October 9 in the Parish Hall. During the past four months* the Knitting Circle has handed in: Balaclavas, 56; mittens, 121 pairs; scarves. 3. The meeting closed after the serving of afternoon tea.
