On a vote being taken the voting was equal, and the chairman gave his casting vote in favour of the conditions being the same as last season. It was decided that only two club teams compete for the Booth Cup and one for the Shield. The New Year tournament is to be held on the Masterton greens and under the same conditions as last year. The champion of champions games are to be played under the same conditions as last season. Games with Manawatu are to be arranged by the executive. A patriotic tournament is to be held on the King's Birthday, and the whole of the proceeds will be given to a fund to be decided on by the executive. As the Booth Cup fixtures were not completed last season it was decided that Featherston Club (holders) should retain possession of the Booth Cup. The usual honorarium of £3 3s was granted to the secretary. The benefit match days were allotted as follows: —Boxing Day to Featherston Club; Good Friday to Martinborough Club; and Anniversary Day to Greytown Club. The Park Club stated that they did not desire to share in the proceeds of the Anniversary Day fixture this year. It was left to the delegates to go into the question of honours badges. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded to the Rev. W. F. Stent, the retiring secretary.
