BRITISH CHILDREN
PARTY WELCOMED IN WELLINGTON. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The first party of British children, to come out under the official scheme for providing temporary homes in the Dominions for'British children from the danger areas, has arrived safely, 89 altogether, accompanied by adult escorts. All were given a warm welcome, in which the Minister of Internal Affairs (Mr Parry), who carried out the negotiations with the British Government, joined.
