The Associated Auctioneers report on the weekly Masterton Sale held yesterday, as follows:—A large entry of fat sheep and a medium one of stores came forward and were offered to a fair attendance of buyers. Store sheep were keenly sought and maintained values well up to those of late sales. A total clearance was effected, and the following prices will indicate values:—Fat sheep: Light fat wethers. 34s to 34s 6d; heavy fat ewes, 27s to 28s; medium fat ewes, 24s to 25s 6d; light and unfinished sorts, 20s to 21s 6d; fat shorn ewes, 20s; fat hoggets, 25s 9d to 28s 6d.
