A BREAKFAST DISH
SAVOURY FRITTERS AND BACON. Mix together 1 cup finely-diced cold meat, 1 teaspoon each grated onion and chopped parsley, pepper and salt to taste, 1 tablespoon each self-raising flour and tomato sauce and 2 beaten eggs. Drop, in dessertspoonfuls on a well-greased hot pan, press out a little and fry until a golden brown; turn and brown on the other side and serve with crisp bacon.
