EXPLOSION & FIRE
IN PENNSYLVANIA CHEMICAL WORKS TOWN OF CLAIRTON SHAKEN. CALL ON ALL AVAILABLE FIRE FIGHTERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.20 a.m.) CLAIRTON, (Pennsylvania), September 25. An explosion occurred in the works of the Pennsylvania Industrial Chemical Corporation which shook them and the town of Clairton. The plant is engaged in manufacturing solvents for use by the Dupont concern. All available fire fighters were summoned.
