OBITUARY
MR HENRY ROLAND CROSS. The death occurred yesterday of Mr Henry Roland Cross, of South Road, Masterton, at the age of 54 years. The late Mr Cross, who was born at New-castle-on-Tyne, came to New Zealand ten years ago and took up his residence in Masterton two years later. Foi' a period of about two years be conducted a taxi business and latterly had been, farming. He is survived by a widow and one son, Mi - Hope Cross, of Masterton. The funeral will take place tomorrow, leaving the Chapel of Hyde’s Funeral Service Ltd., Church Street, following a service, which will be held at 2 p.m., for the Masterton Cemetery.
