FOR FRIDAY’S BREAKFAST

GRILLED FISH WITH BUTTER. Well wash as many fillets as required, wipe dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and plenty of lemon juice. Place on a buttered tin and dot with butter. Grill until a golden brown. Place in a hot oven for a few minutes so as to make sure the fish is cooked through. Add a little more butter to that which is left in the pan and allow it to become a dark brown, but not burned, add 1 dessertspoon lemon juice, and pour over fish.
