WAIRARAPA SHOW

SCHEDULES NOW AVAILABLE. WIDE RANGE OF CLASSES. Schedules for the Wairarapa and East Coast P. and A. Society’s sixtyfourth show, which will be held at Carterton on October 30 and 31, are now available. Entries close on October 10. There are comprehensive classes for all live stock —horses, cattle, sheep, pigs, and dogs—besides sections for dairy produce, home industries (including cooking. sewing and fancy work), and school classes (sewing and knitting, writing, drawing, woodwork, etc), not to mention a full range of ring competitions' for horses and dogs. A feature of the show will be the night session on Wednesday, October 30, at which there will be national dancing and other events, including a treasure hunt for children. Many valuable challenge cups, trophies and special prizes will be competed for in all sections of the show.
