“Where is civilisation heading?” asks an American newspaper. It is comforting to think that somebody believes it has even arrived. A feature at the Regent Theatre tomorrow will be the appearance of Miss Stubbings's percussion band, which made such a favourable impression at the Wellington competitions recently. This outstanding band of instrumentalists is well worth hearing.
