FOUND DEAD

MARTINBOROUGH SOLICITOR. DISCOVERY IN WELLINGTON. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. Herbert Llewellyn Griffiths, solicitor, of Daniel Street, Martinborough, was found dead in a house at Hataitai last night in circumstances suggesting suicide. The late Mr Griffiths was a member of the firm of Messrs Gawith, Biss, Wilson and Griffiths and was particularly well known in the Martinborough district, where he had resided for many years. He saw service in the last war and suffered somewhat from shell shock. He had not been in good health lately. He is survived by a widow and family of three children.
