ANOTHER POWDER FACTORY EXPLOSION THIRTY-EIGHT KILLED AND 147 INJURED. OFFICIAL ADMISSION. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) ROME, September 4. It is officially admitted that 38 persons were killed and 174 injured by an explosion in a powder factory near Bologna on Saturday.
