MAN DRESSED AS WOMAN

When 25-year-old Leonard Denis Boyle, a Londoner, was arrested at Woolwich Ferry, he was wearing feminine clothing. He was taken to East Ham Police Station, where inquiries showed him to be in possession cf stolen property. While in a cell at .East Ham. lie hanged himself by means of a silk stocking. Boyle's mother said that he was an only child, and liked dressing up as a girl, sometimes taking her clothes. She could not stop him. but had never seen him go out like it. She was on holiday, leaving him alone in the house, al the time of his arrest.
