Volunteers are now producing national newspapers during air raids, as a result of an agreement between, the Newspaper Proprietors’ Association and the Printing and Kindred Trades Federation. The N.P.A., in. return, is financing an insurance scheme providing compensation to employees or to the relatives of those killed or injured while working.
