BUTTERED HADDOCK
TRY THIS FOR BREAKFAST.
Wash haddock well and dry it. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in saucepan, or enough according to the amount to 1 be cooked. Add the juice of 1 lemon, pepper. Add haddock, cover and cook for about 20 minutes. Dish up, add 1 tablespoon milk to butter remaining in pan, boil up quickly, add 1 teaspoon finelychopped parsley, and pour over nsh and serve at once.
