CONCERT IN TRAFALGAR SQUARE. LONDONERS ENTERTAINED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, August 29. Seated under an air raid shelter in Trafalgar Square, the New Zealand Forces Band entertained hundreds of Londoners for two hours with a selection of English songs. The High Commissioner, Mr Jordan introducing the conductor, Lieutenant E. Miller, thanked the very .large crowd and highly praised the band, which is the first of the Dominions’ forces’ bands to contribute these programmes.
