WOOL CRUTCHINGS
CHRISTCHURCH APPRAISAL. RETURN OVER £40.000. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH A.ugust 29. The usual winter offering of wool crutchings was appraised in Christchurch this week, when 3350 bales were placed before buyers. Prices received for both crutchings and the small proportion of fleece wool that was included were about on a par with those received at apprasials earlier in the year. The-total return from the sale was £40.911.
