HEALTH AND OTHER BILLS. DEALT WITH BY HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Consideration of the Health Amendment Bill occupied the House of Representatives for the greater part of yesterday afternoon. These amendments were now being embodied in statute form. There was general approval of the Bill, which was passed.

The Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Bill and two local Bills were also passed. A Statutes Amendment Bill containing miscellaneous alterations to existing laws was introduced, read a iecond time pro forma and referred to the Statutes Amendment Committee. The Prime Minster. Mr Fraser, was obviously pleased with the progress made, and before the adjournment was taken at 4.50 p.m. till Wednesday afternoon he said the House had done a very good day's work.
