COSY.—Tonight: "Tropic Fury,” a fast-moving thriller, with Richard "Arlen, Andy Devine and Beverley Roberts. Also "Money to Burn," another laughable adventure with the Higgins Family. (Both Approved for Universal Exhibition.) CARTERTON. REGENT.—Tonight: "The Angels Wash Their Faces,” starring the "Dead End” Kids. Ann Sheridan, Ronald Reagan and Bonita Granville. (Recommended by Censor for Adults.) Also "Elephants Never Forget," a comedy riot, with Oliver Hardy, Harry Langdon, Jean Parker and Billie Burke. (Approved ■ for Universal Exhibition.)
