FASCIST EDITOR’S COUNSEL TO ITALIANS IN SWITZERLAND. NEUTRALITY CHALLENGED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) ROME, 1 August 14. Signor Farinacci, in an editorial in the "Regime Fascista,” urged Italians in Switzerland to “use your fists against those insulting you.” He warned that "great events arise from miner episodes.”
Signor Farinacci challenged Switzerland’s neutrality and asserted that the Swiss Press was offensive to Italy and Germany.
