BRITISH BOMBING RAIDS
ON GERMANY & OCCUPIED TERRITORIES. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.40 a.m.) RUGBY, August 14. An Air Ministry communique, issued at 7.15 p.m., states that last night, in addition to the raids on Italy, reported earlier, strong forces of bombers attacked Junkers aircraft factories at Dessau and Bernburg, north of Leipzig, munition factories at Luen and Grevenbreich, various military objectives in the Ruhr and fourteen aerodromes in Germany, Holland, Belgium and France. One of our aircraft is missing.
