FASCIST BOASTER

BRITAIN TO BE STARVED OUT.

SOME VERY WILD ASSERTIONS.

ROME, August 14

Signor Farinacci, writing in the “Regime Fascista,” says: “Britain will be starved out by the blockade before the German army strikes its death blow.” He added that the preparations for the final blow, in which surprise methods would be employed, were already completed, and they included the transportation of specialised equipment to the coast of France.

“England is gradually being ringed in a circle of isolation,” he said. “The military menace is producing a fatal moral and material consequence, and when this process has reached the right degree the decisive operation will be unleashed with the greatest efficiency.”
