LONDON. August 9.
An industrial registration order requires the registration of men between the ages of 21 and 65 years who have worked for twelve months during the past decade in engineering or allied trades. Hundreds of thousands of men are involved, of whom 300.000 not at present engaged in governmental work will be available for transfer to war industries.
