CRIPPLED CHILDREN SOCIETY

MEETING OF COMMITTEE. Mrs V. Hawke. Miss C. Cross and Mr C. N. Cole, were elected members of the Wairarapa Crippled Children Society at last night’s meeting of the committee. The chairman, Mr E. M. Hodder, presided. Arrangements were made to supply a pair of crutches for a boy who had had one of his legs amputated. It was decided to forward a letter of thanks to Mrs Dakin for jig-saw puzzles supplied for crippled children. Three new cases were registered.
