RUMANIAN AREAS
INCORPORATION IN SOVIET UNION. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day. Noon.) MOSCOW. August 2. Parliament has established a new Federal Soviet Republic of Moldavia, incorporating the Rumanian-speaking districts of Bessarabia, and has authorised the incorporation of other Bessarabian districts and of North Bukovina into the Ukrainian Soviet Republic.
