PADDY’S MARKET
GROSS TAKINGS OVER £5OO. RECORD ATTENDANCE LAST NIGHT. Brisk business was recorded throughout the day at the Paddy's market organised by the Masterton branch of the Red Cross Society and held in the Municipal Hall yesterday. The night session was most successful and a record attendance thronged the hall. The gross takings amounted to £5OB. The well-stocked stalls Avere soon cleared of goods and the many games and competitions were well patronised. A display by the Interhouse girls was warmly applauded.
