MASTERTON SALE. FAT AND STORES IN DEMAND. The Associated Auctioneers report as follows on their weekly sale at Masterton yesterday:—A good entry of fat and store sheep and a few cattle were submited to a fair attendance. Fats sold well up ro recent sales and the stores were in keen, demand, all being sold at auction. The following were the prices:— Fats: Good fat wethers. 29s to 355; good fat ewes 28s; fat ewes. 20s. 20s Bd. 21s Gd, 22s 9d to 25s 4d; fat S.D. ewes,. 21s to 22s lOd; fat hoggets. 22s 3d to 255. Stores: —Good wethers, 24s 2d to 28s Id. four-tooth to six-year ewes, r.w. S.D. rams. 27s 9d; good woolly wether hoggets. 18s lOd. 20s 9d to 225. Medium ditto 14s 6d to 15s; ewe hogets 20s. 21s 7d, to 24s 6d; b.f. hoggets 13s, 15s, 17s 4d to 19s. Cattle.—Springing Jersey cows £7 10s £B, to £9 15s; forward Jersey cows, £4 to £4 7s 6d, empty heifer, £3.
