QUESTION OF PRIVILEGE IN BRITAIN. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 10.13 a.m.) RUGBY, July 30. Mr Winston Churchill announced that consideration of the case of Captain Ramsey. M.P., who is detained under the Emergency Regulations, will be referred to the Committee of Privileges. for examination in relation to the privileges of the House of Commons.
