APPOINTED DIRECTOR OF TRAINING. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright)' (Received This Dav. 11.30 a.m.) LONDON. July 31. It is officially announced that Air Commodore A. H. Orlebar. former holder of the world air speed record and also commander of the British Schneider Trophy Team, has been appointed Director of Flying Training. Air Commodore A. J. Capel has been appointed Director of Operational Training.
