NORWEGIAN SHIPPING
OVER 41 MILLION TONS. BEING ARMED UNDER ALLIED CONTROL. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.55 p.m.) LONDON, July 30. Four and a half million tons of Norwegian shipping and 2,700,000 tons of tankers are being defensively armed under Allied control. Norwegian merchant seamen are being specially trained and Norwegian gunners will be aboard.
