SEIZURE OF ARMS
' MADE BY ULSTER POLICE CONFLICT WITH ARMED MEN. SIX PRISONERS TAKEN. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day. 11.15 a.m.) BELFAST. July 28. A large quantity of material, including Tommy guns with fully loaded magazines and drums, several rifles and revolvers and a large amount of ammunition were seized when the police raided a house near the Ulster-Eire border. A number of armed men opened fire against the police, who returned the fire and captured six men.
