AIR FORCE

RELATIONS COMMITTEE. MEETING IN MASTERTON. At the monthly meeting of the Air Force Relations Committee, the following members were present: Mesctames Lord (in the chair), Gill, L. Gray, Nathan and J. A. Betts. The Masterton branch packed and forwarded for July 210 tins of food, including cakes, shortbread, biscuits, glucose, butterscotch and barley sugar. tinned tongues, coffee, milk and fruit. All food is sent overseas, where it is distributed among New Zealand airmen who "are sick, wounded or prisoners of war. There were also forwarded 64 woollen garments (32 pullovers, 21 pairs mittens, 5 scarves, 5 balaclavas and 1 pair socks).
