NAZI MOVE IN HOLLAND APPEAL TO PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT. OFFER OF GOOD OFFICES URGED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day. 10.50 a.m.) LONDON. July 26. The German-controlled Dutch radio states that the Netherlands Peace Committee has appealed to President Roosevelt to offer his good offices “to prevent the destruction of one of two brother peoples.” Dutch circles in London do not know the Netherlands Peace Committee, but consider that it has been formed for the specific purpose mentioned by the Dutch Radio. .
