Ottawa.—Flour production in Canada during March amounted to 1.257.034 barrels as compared with 1.193.717 barrels for March last year. Production in Canadian mills has continued at a steady level since January with amounts recorded by months at 1.266.303. 1.246.798 and 1.257.034 barrels. Total flour manufactured for eight months of the present crop year amounted to 12.729.352 barrels as compared with 10,635,217 barrels for the previous similar period.
