The Rumanian Oil Commission has appointed a controller to supervise the affairs of tho Astra Roman, Rumania’s biggest oil undertaking. owned by British and Dutch interests. The appointment follows on an allegation that he company failed to supply required details of its operations. The Associated Press of Great Britain Bucharest correspondent, a Lon don message states, points out that the iction taken represents Government ■onfiscation of the company, the outpu '■•om which can now be sent to Germany.
