CONGRATULATED ON FEAT IN MEDITERRANEAN NEW ZEALAND'S PREMIER’S MESSAGE. ON BEHALF OF GOVERNMENT AND PEOPLE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Prime Minister (Mr Fraser) has sent the following telegram to the Federal Prime Minister (Mr Menzies): “On behalf of the Government and people of New Zealand, I desire to extend to you our warmest congratulations on the success of H.M.A.S. Sydney in the Mediterranean, and I would be grateful if you would arrange for this message to be conveyed to the captain, officers and ship's company.’’
