OBITUARY

MR FRANCIS A. CAMERON. The death occurred at his residence, Nelson Street, Hastings, yesterday afternoon, of Mr Francis A. Cameron, a highly respected and well know,n resident in the Wairarapa for many years. The late'Mr Cameron came out to New Zealand at an early age and took up farming in the Wairarapa for Sir Walter Buchanan. He made two trips to England prior to farming on his own account in the Hawke’s Bay, some 35 years ago. Mr Cameron was well known in the Wairarapa where he did land valuation work for some time, prior to taking up his residence at Hastings. He is survived by a wife and two daughters, who are at present in England. Mrs A. C. Milne, Masterton, is a sister-in-law. The funeral will take place in Hastings tomorrow.
