POSTAL BOXES
ALTERATIONS IN CLEARING HOURS. WAR ECONOMY MEASURE. As a war economy measure, clearing times of the postal street receiving boxes in Masterton have been altered as from today. The clearance formerly made at 4 a.m. will be made at 8 a.m. The noon clearance of boxes will, however, be retained. The receivers situated in Cornwall Street, High Street and Whatman Road will be cleared at 2.30 p.m., Monday to Friday, instead of 10.30 a.m. as previously.
