Officials continue to deny that there has been a Russian ultimatum concerning the Dardanelles, but it it widely believed that a Russian Note can be expected shortly. SOVIET DENIAL NO INTENTION OF DEMANDING CONCESSIONS. (Received This Day, 9.10 a.m.) ISTANBUL, July 11. Official Russian quarters state that the Soviet Union has no intention of demanding concessions at the Dardanelles or in the Caucasus from Turkey.
