CENTENNIAL CONCERT

TOMORROW’S BIG ATTRACTION. Judging by the bookings a capacity house will greet the Centennial Concert artists at the Opera House tomorrow night. Those contributing to the programme are Miss Isobel Baillie (soprano), Miss Gladys Ripley (contralto), Mr Heddle Nash (tenor), and Mr Oscar Natzke (bass), Mr Clifford Huntsman (pianist), and the Centennial String Quarter (Messrs V. Aspey, H. Ellwood, W. McLeod and F. Bate). The string quartette is thoroughly representative of the best class of New Zealand artists. Each member is an experienced soloist and chamber musician.

Th artists will announce the items to be given from the souvenir programme.
