It would appear that the conversations are likely to continue. ANOTHER DEMAND RECONSIDERATION OF BURMA QUESTION. TOKIO, July 9. The Japanese Cabinet has decided to make another representation to Britain demanding reconsideration of the Burma question. BRITISH SHIP SEIZED CARRYING FRENCH MUNITIONS (Received This Day. 10.15 a.m.) SHANGHAI, July 9. • The Japanese have seized the British steamer Hsenking. carrying munitions from the French garrison at Tientsin to the French garrison at Shanghai. The British Navy is investigating.
