* INCOMPLETE EVACUATION FROM BELFAST. CONTROLLED PORTS IN EIRE. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, July 8. A new defence regulation by the Eire Government makes Bantry Bay and Lough Swilly controlled ports. In Belfast 20,000 school children were registered for evacuation today, but only 35 per cent turned up and entrained.
