(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day. 1.0 p.m.) LONDON, July 7. “The Times” Bucharest correspondent says the Russian occupation of North Bukovina and Bessarabia is complete, but horrors attendant thereon continue. About fifteen* thousand Jews, anxious to return to Bessarabia, have been marooned for days in insanitary conditions on lighters off Galati. They arc denied both admission to the Soviet and readmission to Rumania.
