MISSING SHIP
FORMER FRENCH MINISTERS ON BOARD ATTEMPT TO REACH NORTH AFRICA. TO CARRY ON WAR AGAINST GERMANY. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright! (Received This Day, 10.45 a.m.) LONDON. July 5. The Brussels radio declared that nothing had been heard of the steamer Massilia, which left Bordeaux on June 16 with Mm. Daladier, Mandel and Delbos aboard. It is believed they were trying to reach North Africa to carry on the fight against Germany in conjunction with M. Reynaud. The ship was refused permission to land her passengers at several ports.
