ALLEGED DISCOVERY OF DOCUMENTS. SHOWING ALLIES' PLANS TO SPREAD WAR. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day. 11.25 a.m.) LONDON. July 3. The Berlin radio announced that documents revealing the Allies’ plans to spread the war lo neutrals, were of French origin and were found in a disabled train during the French retreat. The documents are so important that the Government is not waiting to issue a White Book, but is publishing them serially in the German Press.
