STATEMENT DELAYED

MR CHURCHILL'S REVIEW OF WAR. (British Official Wifeless.) RUGBY. July 1. The Prime Minister is not expected to give his promised review of the military and diplomatic situation tomorrow in the House of Commons, and there is no indication yet of the day on which it is likely to be macle. Mr Churchill, at the conclusion of his statement last Tuesday, said that the situation at the present time was so uncertain and obscure that it would be contrary to the public interest for him to attempt to pronounce or speculate on it, but he might well have more to say in a further statement during the present week.
