Tsvetkovitch forecast far-reach-ing internal reforms after a conference with M. Matchek and other Croatian leaders. “We cannot go on as heretofore,” he said, “because the international situation demands that all worn-out theories and doctrines must be thrown overboard. Our outlook must be fundamentally changed." He added that the reforms in prospect were mainly economic.
